  • 04/10/2012 – Congratulate Profs. Anson Ma, Bill Mustain, and Dan Burkey on winning the Provost’s General Education Course Enhancement Grant Competition. The grant will be used to develop a new course entitled “CHEG 1200 Introduction to Food Science and Engineering”. The course will illustrate how to apply basic chemical engineering principles to understand food science.
